Thanksgiving

About two months ago now, Ari, Claire, and I headed to Chicago to celebrate Thanksgiving with Kristen, Larry, mom, and her new beau John. We had to celebrate the weekend before the actual holiday because Ari had to work on the day of. Kristen was gracious enough to host this rowdy group and boy did she do a great job. The turkey was cooked to perfection, the sweet potatoes were perfect, and everyone's food aversions/restrictions were carefully avoided. We all had a super time, especially Claire who really enjoyed meeting Kristen's black lab Koby.

Rapid Fire Blogging

Are you ready for some rapid fire blogging? I haven't updated our blog in 3 months and it isn't because we have stopped taking pictures or have just been sitting around the house. Quite the opposite is true... we have been busy with Halloween, thanksgiving, Claire's birthday, Hanukkah, and Christmas. It seems as though we have either been out of town or entertaining guests for two months. Now that Hotel de Leib has closed temporarily (no guests booked for the next two weeks at least, but there will be a poker party) it is time to catch up. I will do my best to post all the pics and remember all the fun details of the last couple of months. Enjoy!
